Prism Brief ("the Service") is an email newsletter delivering AI-curated summaries of publicly available news and regulatory information relevant to financial services professionals. The Service is operated by Prism Brief and delivered via email to registered subscribers.

The Service offers two subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access requires a valid promotional code. Subject to availability. The operator may discontinue free access at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Professional Plan: $9.90 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscription begins on the date of payment and auto-renews each month until cancelled.

By subscribing to the Professional Plan, you authorize Prism Brief to charge your payment method $9.90 USD on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@prism-brief.com within 7 days of the charge.

All content in Prism Brief issues is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. We collect your email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and job role for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or payment tokens. We use Resend to deliver emails. By subscribing, you consent to receiving transactional and daily brief emails from Prism Brief. You may unsubscribe at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.

The content, design, and code of Prism Brief are owned by the operator. Summarized content is derived from publicly available third-party sources and is provided under fair use for informational purposes. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute Prism Brief content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Brief and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
